All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time an order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if there is an error in pricing, product availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing. Minor differences in packaging, appearance, included accessories, or product presentation may occur.
Products are intended to be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable laws.

Zeteo Toys does not own, operate, control, license, or guarantee third-party applications, streaming services, programming, channels, websites, or content.

Purchase of a device from Zeteo Toys does not guarantee continued access to any particular third-party application, channel, sporting event, program, or streaming service.
Customers are responsible for using the device and any third-party services in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of those services.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Estimated shipping or delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Our products are subject to our 30-Day Refund and Returns Policy.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned products should be in their original condition and include the device, remote, power adapter, cables, accessories, and original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zeteotoys.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, replacement, return, or refund when appropriate.
Some products may require internet access, Wi-Fi, compatible televisions or displays, user accounts, software updates, or third-party services.
Internet service, third-party subscriptions, installation, and other services not specifically listed as included with the product are the customer’s responsibility.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
Except for warranties specifically stated by Zeteo Toys or required by law, we do not make additional warranties regarding third-party software, applications, services, or content.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Customers agree to use products purchased from Zeteo Toys only for lawful purposes.
Zeteo Toys is not responsible for a customer’s use of a device in violation of copyright laws, licensing requirements, third-party terms of service, or other applicable laws or regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeteo Toys will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use third-party applications, services, websites, programming, or content.
Our responsibility for a product purchased from us will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Product specifications, availability, pricing, and features may change without notice.
Third-party applications and services may also be modified, discontinued, restricted, or removed by their respective providers without notice to Zeteo Toys.
